As our product is hand-poured and we do not stock in bulk your order could take 4-10 days to dispatch.  But we endeavour to dispatch within 4 days or sooner.

All orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that sometimes there may be longer delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Local delivery

FREE Local delivery is available for orders within Fermoy, Co Cork and Dungarvan Co Waterford.

Deliveries are made at a designated Pick-up point in Fermoy, Co Cork and Dungarvan, Co Waterford. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the Pick-up point, date and time. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not do International Shipping at this time.  Please check back again for any updates over the coming months.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification from us when your item has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
